BY-LAWS of E-GAMERGIRLS CLUB

ARTICLE 1 – NAME

The name of this organization is E-GAMERGIRLS and would not be called in any other way. The club is owned by the Gamer Community of E-Games. E-Games is a game publisher located at 4th Floor, RCBC Plaza Podium, Ayala Ave. Makati City, Philippines.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

Section 1 – PURPOSE

E-GAMERGIRLS is organized by the E-Games Community Team for the purpose of strengthening its girl gamer community by fostering sisterhood and fair game play through enjoyable activities.

Section 2 – Concepts
Taking into consideration the primary purpose of the organization mentioned above, there are concepts that would aid in the establishment and success of the club:

1. E-GAMERGIRLS will act as a partner organization of E-Games in upholding girl power across the gaming community.
2. E-GAMERGIRLS will act as a mediator to other gamers in the community and help with the communication of game policies and player rights.
3. E-GAMERGIRLS will act as an organization wherein girl gamers of E-Games games can gather and have fun regardless of game played.

ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIP

Section 1 – Membership Procedure
Membership is a vital portion in the success of the group, and will follow the following procedures:

1. Membership is open to all active and biologically female gamers of E-Games.
   1. Girl gamers may apply during major on-ground events. (Ex: Domination 4, Cabal Anniversary, Ran Global Tournament, etc.)
   2. Girl gamers may apply at Online Application provided by the e-Gamer Girls Club linked to the Official Website. The following conditions should be met before their application and membership became official:
      1. Incoming members must be screened and referred by the e-Gamer Girls Club Representatives Only.
      2. Online Application is applicable for Overseas and Outside Metro Manila residents only.
2. There is a membership fee of 200 pesos which includes:
   1. Official Membership Club ID
   2. 1 year membership
3. Renewal of membership is at 100 pesos per year.
4. All accepted applicants may pay their membership fee to the following:
   1. For On-Ground Events: eGamer Girls Booth Only
   2. For Online Applications: Official Link provided by eGamer Girls Website Only

Section 2 – Membership Status
A member accepted into the organization may have the following titles depending to their status:

1. HONORARY Members
   Includes Female e-Games Staff such as: Product Managers / Community Managers/ Community Game Masters.
   e-Games Title Models.
2. SENIOR Members
   Pioneer Members since the former girlegamer group was made started from October 18, 2008.
3. eGamer Girls Representatives
   Assigned special tasks who applied to become a Volunteer of the Club.
4. ACTIVE Members
   Promoted Regular Members who had given a Contribution to the Club and Participated Club Activities.
5. Regular Member
   All members who started from March 2009 and onwards.

Section 3 – Membership Rules and Responsibilities
Not taking into consideration the status of the member, each one has responsibilities once included into the organization:

1. A member must uphold all the Rules and Regulations of E-Games and its game policies. The said rules and policies are in the E-Games website.
2. A member is encouraged to report to the E-Games Community Team any issues that he/she encounters while playing any of the game products
3. All members are encouraged to attend meetings set by the E-Games Community Team new activities, surveys, focus group discussions and community researches.
4. A member is encouraged to attend events held by E-Games near their locations.
5. A member is encouraged to aid the E-Games Community Team in the dissemination of information to proliferate the awareness regarding hack attempts and every sort of scams that might happen in the games and forums.
6. A member should discriminate the use of any third party program developed for use with E-Games products in a way that would bring advantage to them and/or disturb the privacy of other users, and must aid in informing new users of this policy.

Section 4 – Sanctions and Dismissal
A. A player may be sanction under the following conditions:

1. Misdemeanor and misconduct. If a member violates any item under the Rules and Regulations of E-GAMERGIRLS, she will be sanctioned accordingly under Section 4B.
2. If a member fails to comply with the responsibilities she must uphold, a sanctioned will be imposed on her.

B. Dismissal will be imposed on a member found to breach any of the rules and responsibilities dictated in this document. If a member fails to attend events or club meetings held near her location for 3 consecutive times, she will be removed from the membership roster and her card shall be blacklisted in partner establishments (if any) unless she submits a letter of excuse.

Section 5 – Benefits

1. All Official Members will only receive their benefits under the following conditions:
   1. When they first joined the Club, girl gamers will automatically be given away a compensation.
   2. If they renewed their Membership.
   3. If they contributed and/or participated any Club Activities to the succeeding months.
2. All Official Members will receive the following item(s) listed below:
   1. For RAN Online: e-Gamergirls RAN In-game Costume (Non-droppable, Non-tradable).
   2. For CABAL Online: 30 D In-Game Costume depending from the Community Manager.
   3. For Audition Dance Battle: Special In-Game Item(s) depending from the Community Manager.
   4. For Zhu Xian Online: Vanity Costume.

   * Other eGames Title is To Be Announced.

ARTICLE 3 – AMENDMENT

Section 1 – Amendment Procedures
These by-laws may be amended by Vote of Senior members and E-Games Community Team. Fifty percent (50%) of the quorum plus one (1) vote would be required to amend the by-laws. A quorum would be established based on the decision of the officers during monthly meetings.
